Material

Prepare a piece of 15×15 cm origami square paper, with different colors on each side, and you will get a 4×6.5 cm lovely rabbit.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Start with the colored side of the paper facing up. Fold it in half horizontally, crease it well then unfold.

Fold it in half vertically, and unfold it.

Step 3

Fold the top and bottom edges to align with the middle horizontal crease.

Step 4

Fold these four corners toward the center diagonally to meet the middle horizontal crease, crease them well then unfold.

Step 5

View the paper from the top left side to focus on the top left corner, and rotate the paper 90 degrees vertically. Next, open this corner, press down its center line, shape the creases you just made, and finally flatten the fold, and rotate the paper to its original position.

Step 6

Repeat step 5 for the remaining three corners.

Step 7

Flip the paper over, then fold the left and right corners of the top layer to meet the center intersection point.

Step 8

Turn over the paper, then fold the top and bottom left edges to align with the middle horizontal crease.

Flip the paper over.

Step 10

Rotate the paper 90 degrees forward vertically, and fold the left part to the right side, then rotate the paper 90 degrees backward vertically to its original position.

Step 11

Fold the top part to the bottom along the middle horizontal crease.

Step 12

Take the top two flaps in the middle, and lift them to the left side gently, then flatten the fold.

Step 13

View the paper from the bottom side, slightly open the bottom opening, and fold the left corner a little to the right along the dotted line[ picture 2]. Then close this opening and switch to the original viewpoint.

Fold the right part to the left along the black dotted line, making the right edge meet the bottom edge, crease well then unfold it.

Step 15

View the paper from the bottom side and slightly open the bottom opening, next, fold the right two layers to the left along the creases you made in the previous step, then close this opening.

Step 16

Fold the bottom right corner of the top layer backward along the dotted line, then fold the bottom right corner forward along the dotted line, making sure these two edges flush.

Step 17

Take the upper ear, fold it down, then unfold it and slightly expand it, making it look more cute.

Flip the model over.

Similarly, fold the ear on this side down, then unfold it, and finally slightly expand it.
