How to Make an Easy Origami Fortune Teller

Material

Get 15*15 cm origami paper, with different colors on each side, and you will get a 6.2*6.2 cm fortune teller. Other sizes of square paper will be also available.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Start with the white side of the paper facing up, and fold it in half.

Fold it in half from another side, and crease it well and unfold.

Step 3

Fold the four corners to the middle intersection point.

Step 4

Flip the paper over.

Step 5

Then fold these four corners to the middle intersection point again.

Flip it over, and we can see here are four small squares.

Step 7

Press down the diagonals of the four small squares while pinching up on the four vertical and horizontal creases of the paper.

Now open the four squares from the middle, creating four slightly opened corners.

Place your thumbs and forefingers of both hands into the four corners, put the paper on your hands and you can play this childhood game.
