Material
Use a 15*15 cm origami paper, with different colors on each side, and you will get an 8*8 cm lovely lantern.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start with the white side of the paper facing up and fold it in half horizontally, crease it well then unfold.
Step 2
Fold it in half vertically, crease it well then unfold.
Step 3
Fold the four corners to meet the center intersection point formed by the two creases you just made.
Step 4
Flip it over.
Step 5
Fold the four corners to the center to meet the intersection point.
Step 6
Flip the paper over again.
Step 7
Similarly, fold the four corners to the center point.
Step 8
Flip it over.
Step 9
Open the top small square from the vertical opening, slightly lift it, and push the bottom corner up, finally flatten it to form a rectangle.
Step 10
Repeat this for the bottom square, open and lift it, press the top corner down, and finally flatten it, then you will get the final shape of an origami lantern.
