How to Make an Origami Cross
A simple and basic origami cross.

Material
Use a 7.5*15 cm origami paper, with different colors on each side, and you will get an 8*3.5 cm cross.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start with the white side of the paper facing up and fold it in half horizontally, crease it well then unfold.

Fold it in half vertically, crease it well then unfold.

Fold the bottom edge up a little along the dotted line.

Fold the left and right edges to the center to align with the vertical crease.

Fold the bottom edge up along the dotted line, ensuring it goes over the top edge.

Fold it back to the bottom along the dotted line to make a mountain fold.

Fold the center left and right corners down diagonally a little, then unfold it.

Open the center right corner, press it down vertically from its top crease along the crease you just made, then flatten it to form a small triangle and make the right edge to the left side.

Repeat this for the left corner.

Fold the top edge down along the dotted line.

Then fold it back to the top to make a valley fold.

Fold the bottom left and right corners of the square up a little diagonally, crease it well then unfold.

Lift the right edge of the square to open its bottom right corner, then press this corner down vertically along the crease you just made, and finally, flatten it.

Repeat this for the left side.
