Material
Get a piece of 3ร3 inch sticky note to create a cute origami star. Different patterns and colors of sticky notes will give your origami stars different characteristics

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the paper with the desired display side facing up to begin folding. Fold it in half vertically, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 2
Fold it in half horizontally, and unfold it.

Step 3
Flip the paper over from left to right.

Step 4
Fold the paper in half diagonally, and unfold it.

Step 5
Fold the paper in half diagonally from the other side, and unfold it.

Step 6
Push the midpoint of the left, right, and top edges to meet the bottom edge’s midpoint and flatten the fold to create a triangle.

Step 7
Fold the top layer’s left edge to align with the vertical crease, then turn over the paper from left to right, and similarly, fold the top layer’s left edge to align with the vertical crease.

Step 8
Rotate the paper 90 degrees from back to front.

Step 9
Pull the left and right layers toward the sides to expand the top and bottom flaps, as you can see in the second picture. Flatten the fold and rotate the paper 90 degrees from front to back.

Step 10
Fold the right edge to the left side, then fold down the top corner along the black dotted line, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 11
Fold the bottom corner of the top triangle along the black dotted line connecting two white spots.

Step 12
Fold the left layer to the right side, then fold the bottom right corner of this layer along the black dotted lines connecting two white spots.

Step 13
Flip the paper over from left to right, and that’s your lovely origami star.
