Material
Prepare a piece of 15×15 cm origami square paper, with different colors on each side to create a 6.1×9.6 cm origami T-REX. Feel free to experiment with different colors and patterns to make your product full of personal style.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the paper with the desired display color side down to begin folding, fold it in half horizontally, leaving a crease then unfold it.

Step 2
Fold the paper in half vertically, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 3
Fold the bottom left and right edges to align with the vertical crease.

Step 4
Fold up the bottom point along the black dotted line to meet the top point, and unfold it.

Step 5
Fold down the top left and right edges to align with the vertical crease, and unfold them.

Step 6
Lift the top edges of the two layers, then press them down along the crease indicated by the black dotted line to open the pocket, and flatten the fold based on the existing creases.

Step 7
Fold down the top point indicated by the red spot to meet the other red spot, then fold the top left and right points along the black dotted lines, making the top left and right edges indicated by the red lines and the creases indicated by the black lines aligned.

Step 8
Flip the paper over from left to right, then fold up the bottom point along the crease indicated by the black dotted line.

Step 9
Fold the top right edge toward the left side along the top right edge of the underneath layer indicated by the black dotted line, crease it well, and unfold it.
Repeat this for the top left edge. Fold it toward the right side along the black dotted line, which is the top left edge of the underneath layer, crease it well, and unfold it.

Step 10
Bring up the top left and right edges along the existing creases indicated by the black dotted lines, then valley fold the vertical crease of the bottom part. Flatten the fold, and rotate the paper 90 degrees from left to right.

Step 11
Fold the right point of the top layer to meet the left point diagonally, then fold it down along the black dotted line, leaving a crease that is vertical to the bottom left edge [pictures 1 and 2].
Finally, fold it up so that the edges indicated by the red and black lines align [pictures 3 and 4].

Step 12
Fold the edge indicated by the red line to the left side along the black dotted line, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 13
Fold the left layer to the right side, then fold the bottom right edge of this layer to the left side along the crease indicated by the black dotted line [pictures 1 and 2]
Next, fold this edge back to the right side along the crease indicated by the black dotted line [picture 3]
Finally, fold this whole layer to the left side [picture 4]

Step 14
Flip the paper over from left to right. Fold the left point of the top layer to meet the right point diagonally, then fold it down along the black dotted line, leaving a crease that is vertical to the bottom right edge.

Step 15
Then, fold it up so that the edges indicated by the red and black lines align [pictures 3 and 4].
Next, fold up the bottom point along the black dotted line, making this flap and the other one on the back side overlap, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 16
Similar to step 13.
Fold the right layer to the left side, then fold the bottom left edge of this layer to the right side along the crease indicated by the black dotted line [pictures 1 and 2]
Next, fold this edge back to the left side along the crease indicated by the black dotted line [picture 3]
Finally, fold this whole layer to the right side [picture 4]

Step 17
Fold down the top point, and unfold it. Then rotate the paper a little clockwise to make the model stand upright.

Step 18
Rotate the paper 90 degrees from front to back, focus on the head part, and expand this part, then mountain fold the creases indicated by the red dotted line that you made in the previous step. Finally, press down the top corner backward, flatten the fold, and rotate the paper 90 degrees from right to left.

Step 19
Fold the right point toward the left side along the black dotted line, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 20
Rotate the paper 90 degrees from back to front, expand the opening of the right part, then fold the right point to the left along the crease you made in the previous step. Finally, close this opening and rotate the paper 90 degrees from front to back.

Step 21
Draw eyes and a mouth to make it more interesting.
