You can use different sizes of paper to get different-sized envelopes. Here I used 15ร15 cm paper to create an envelope that can hold a 5ร5 cm letter paper or card. The letter paper can be a large piece of paper, folded and then put into the envelope. You can choose the color or pattern of the paper as you like.

Material
Get 15ร15 cm square paper to create a 5ร5 cm origami square envelope. Use various colors of paper to create a unique envelope that suits your style.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Hold the paper in your hand so that it bends in the same way as the second picture shows, like an โSโ, then flatten the paper, creating two horizontal creases to divide the paper into three equal parts.
Step 2
Fold the bottom edge along the lower horizontal crease indicated by the dotted line, and unfold it.
Step 3
Fold down the top edge along the top horizontal crease, and unfold it.
Step 4
Fold the top right point to meet the bottom left point, leaving a diagonal crease, and unfold it.
Step 5
Fold the bottom right point to meet the top left point, leaving a diagonal crease, and unfold it.
Step 6
Fold the right edge toward the left along the dotted line that connects the two intersection points formed by the creases you made, to align with the red line that connects the two intersection points as well.
Crease it well then unfold.
Step 7
Fold the left edge to align with the crease indicated by the red line you made in the previous step, and unfold it.
Step 8
Turn over the paper from left to right.
Step 9
Fold up the bottom left point diagonally to leave a short crease shown by the dotted line, and unfold it.
Step 10
Fold up the bottom right point diagonally, leaving a crease shown by the dotted line, and unfold it.
Step 11
Fold down the top right point diagonally, leaving a crease shown by the dotted line, and unfold it.
Step 12
Fold down the top left point diagonally, leaving a crease shown by the dotted line, and unfold it.
Step 13
Flip the paper over from left to right.
Step 14
Mountain fold the creases indicated by the red dotted lines, and valley fold the creases indicated by the black dotted lines, then adjust and flatten the fold to get a shape like a dart.
Step 15
Fold the left, top, and right triangles to the center along the dotted lines.
Step 16
Tuck the bottom triangle into the pocket, as the first picture shows, so that this envelope is complete and remains securely folded.
