Create this lovely hat in only eight steps, which take less than 5 minutes. The following instructions use A4 paper. If you donโt have A4 paper, it doesnโt matter. You can use paper with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, for example, 10cm wide and 15cm long.
The most essential step is to decorate your hat with pirate elements, which will enhance its character.
Why not fold a large pirate hat with a large piece of paper and have an interesting pirate role-play on Halloween? Its simplicity makes it a great activity for you and your children to enjoy together.

Material
Get a piece of 21.7ร21 cm origami square paper or A4 paper, with different colors on each side, to create an 11ร21 cm origami pirate hat.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the paper with the desired display side facing down to begin folding, and fold it in half diagonally from top to bottom.
Step 2
Fold it in half vertically and unfold it.
Step 3
Fold the top left and right points diagonally.
Step 4
Fold up the bottom edge of the top layer.
Step 5
Flip the paper over from left to right.
Step 6
Fold up the bottom edge to flush with the bottom edge of the back layer.
Step 7
Paint your hat with pirate elements.
Step 8
Rotate the paper 90 degrees from back to front, then open the opening, and next, rotate it 90 degrees from front to back.
