Step 3
Fold the top left corner along the black dotted line connecting two red spots, one is the bottom left corner, and another is the intersection point formed by the top edge and the crease you made in the previous step [picture 1].
Then, fold the bottom left corner to the right side along the crease shown by the black dotted line [picture 2]

Step 4
Focus on the triangle on the left side. Fold its bottom edge to align with the right edge, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 5
Fold this triangle to the left side.

Step 6
Mountain fold the vertical crease indicated by the red dotted line, and valley fold the creases indicated by the black dotted lines, then push up the vertical crease, and fold the triangle back to the right side, making the the two red spots meet.

Step 7
Fold the left triangle to the right along its hypotenuse, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 8
Fold the left edge of the left triangle to align with its hypotenuse, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 9
Fold the hypotenuse of the left triangle to the left side along the crease indicated by the dotted line; a small corner will appear, and finally, flatten this corner.

Step 10
Turn over the dollar bill from left to right.

Step 11
Next, we will begin folding the left side. The folding method is the same as for the right side, which means following the previous steps.
Fold the left edge to align with the vertical crease, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 12
Fold the top left corner along the black dotted line connecting two red spots, one is the bottom left corner, and another is the intersection point formed by the top edge and the crease you made in the previous step [picture 1].
Then, fold the bottom left corner to the right side along the crease shown by the black dotted line [picture 2]

Step 17
Fold the left edge of the left triangle to align with its hypotenuse, leaving a crease, and unfold it.

Step 18

Step 19
Fold the left edge to align with the right edge along the vertical crease.

Step 20
Fold down the top edge along the black dotted line, leaving a crease, and unfold it. Then, unfold the top layer to the left side.

Step 21

Step 22
Fold the left edge to the right side along the black dotted line to align with the diagonal crease, then rotate the paper 90 degrees from right to left.

Step 23
Expand the dollar and flatten the corner on the top side.

Step 24
Fold the left corner to the right, then turn the paper over from left to right, and repeat the steps to fold the left corner to the right.
