Material
Get a piece of 15×15 cm square paper to create an 8.67×7.26 cm origami Halloween witch hat.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the paper with the desired display color side down to begin folding, fold the bottom right edge to align with the top left edge, crease the left section well to leave a short crease, and unfold it.
Step 2
Similarly, fold the bottom left edge to align with the top right edge, crease the left section well to leave a short crease, and unfold it.
Step 3
Fold the right point indicated by the red spot to the left side to meet another red spot on the crease you made in the previous step, crease it well, and unfold it.
Step 4
Fold the right point indicated by the red spot to the left side to meet another red spot on the crease you made in step 1, crease it well, and unfold it.
Step 5
Fold the paper in half horizontally from bottom to top.
Step 6
Fold the top right edge toward the left side along the crease indicated by the black dotted line.
Step 7
Fold the left edge to the right side.
Step 8
Fold up the bottom two triangles.
Step 9
Fold down the two triangles along the black dotted line.
Step 10
Fold up the bottom two triangles along the two white dotted lines that connect white spots separately.
Step 11
Rotate the paper 90 degrees from back to front, expand the opening, and finally, rotate it 90 degrees from front to back.
Step 12
Fold down the two triangles.

Shape the hat as the following pictures show.

Pinch the top part of the hat flat and bend it. Then lift the two triangles at the bottom. You can also shape this hat to your liking.
