Material
Get a 15×15 cm origami square paper, with one green and one white side, and you will create an 8.7×5.76 cm grass. Other sizes of square paper are also practicable, and you can use light brown paper to create dry grass.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start with the green side of the paper facing up, fold it in half horizontally, and unfold it.
Step 2
Fold it in half vertically, crease it well then unfold.
Step 3
Flip the paper over.
Step 4
Fold the bottom right edge to align with the top left edge, and unfold it.
Step 5
Fold the bottom left edge to align with the top right edge, crease it well then unfold it.
Step 6
Shape the left and right creases, and push the left, right, and top points down to meet the bottom point, flatten the fold to create a small square.
Step 7
Fold the bottom left and right edges to align with the middle vertical crease, crease them well then unfold.
Step 8
Fold the top triangle down, and unfold it.
Step 9
Shape the left and right slanted creases you just made, and lift the bottom flap of the paper. Then push the right and left points with your fingers to flatten the fold.
Step 10
Fold the top corner down to meet the bottom corner.
Step 11
Flip the paper over.
Step 12
Fold the bottom left and right edges to align with the middle vertical crease, and unfold them.
Step 13
As you did in step 9, open the pocket based on the crease created by the previous step. Then lift up the top layer, push the left and right points to the center, and flatten the pocket. Next, fold the top corner down to meet the bottom corner.
Step 14
Fold the bottom triangle of the upper one to the top along the dotted line, then fold the left edge of this triangle to align with its bottom edge, leaving a crease from the left corner to the middle vertical crease then unfold it.
Repeat this for its right edge, fold it to align with its bottom edge, leaving a crease from the right corner to the vertical crease, and unfold it.
Step 15
Press down the left and right edges along the creases you just made, creating a standing flap.
Step 16
View the paper from the top side, and repeat steps 14 to 15 for the other remaining sides.
Step 17
Fold all the flaps up on both sides.
