A desk is a piece of furniture that we use every day in our daily lives, so let’s make a cute, miniature desk out of a piece of paper. This origami table is super easy to make, with just eight simple steps, and does not require any complicated origami skills. Use patterned paper or different colors to make a unique desk.

Material
Get a piece of 15×15 cm origami square paper to create a 7×3.75×3.75 cm origami desk.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the paper with the desired display side facing down to begin folding, fold it in half horizontally, leaving a crease, and unfold it.
Step 2
Fold the top and bottom edges to align with the middle horizontal crease.
Step 3
Fold the paper in half vertically, leaving a crease, and unfold it.
Step 4
Fold both the left and right edges to align with the middle vertical crease
Step 5
Fold both the top and bottom edges to align with the middle horizontal crease, and unfold them 90 degrees to get two stand-upright flaps.
Step 6
Open and squash both the left and right corners of these two flaps.
Step 7
Here comes the most important part of this project. Bring up both the left and right flaps; they will be the legs of your desk. Then, bring up the top and bottom edges as well.
Step 8
Rotate this model 180 degrees from front to back.
You can fold four or six origami chairs to match this desk and then place some fruits on the table, such as some origami 3D apples, and you will definitely get an interesting origami scene, just like the dining desk at your home.
