Super cute origami candy, this is the version of a 2D wrapped candy, a very classic image of a candy. It is very simple to make, with a few steps, and only takes you 5 minutes to finish.

Material
Get a 15*7.5 cm rectangle origami paper, with different colors on each side, to create a 4*7.5 cm candy. Other rectangular origami with a length-to-width ratio of 2:1 are also suitable.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start with the white side of the paper facing up, fold it in half horizontally, crease it well then unfold.
Step 2
Fold the top and bottom edges to align with the crease you just made.
Step 3
Fold the left edge to the right vertically.
Step 4
Take the right edge of the top layer, and fold it to the left vertically.
Step 5
Flip it over.
Step 6
Fold the right edge to the left vertically, creating a small square.
Step 7
Unfold the paper to the original shape of the step 2.
Step 8
Fold the right edge to the first crease from the left(shown by the black line), crease it well then unfold.
Step 9
Similarly, fold the left edge to the first crease from the right, crease it well then unfold.
Step 10
Fold the two creases you made in steps 4 and 6(shown by the red lines), to the middle vertical crease
Step 11
Lift the bottom edge of the right square to open its bottom left corner, and fold it up to align with the center horizontal crease of this square, then flatten it to get a triangle at the bottom left.
Step 12
Repeat this for the other three edges.
Step 13
Open the left and right layers along the diagonal lines of the four rectangles.
Step 14
Fold the four corners of the bottom square diagonally.
Step 15
Flip the paper over, this is the final shape of an origami candy.
