Material
Prepare a 3×18 cm origami paper with different colors on each side. Other sizes of rectangular paper with a length-to-width ratio of 6:1 are also practicable.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Start with the white side of the paper facing up, and fold it in half horizontally, crease it well then unfold it.
Step 2
Fold the left edge to the right side.
Step 3
Rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise.
Step 4
Fold the bottom left and bottom right corners diagonally to meet the vertical crease, crease them well then unfold.
Step 5
Unfold the paper.
Step 6
Pinch up the left and right creases at the center, fold the bottom edge to the top, then flatten it along the creases you made in step 4.
Step 7
Fold the top edge of the top layer down along the dotted line.
Step 8
Flip it over.
Step 9
Fold the top edge to the bottom along the dotted line.
Step 10
Fold the top left and right corners of the top layer down diagonally to meet the vertical crease.
Step 11
Flip the paper over.
Step 12
Similarly, fold the top left and right corners down diagonally.
Step 13
Fold the bottom edge of the top layer up along the dotted line.

View it from the left side, mountain fold the right layer, then lay it flat.
Step 15
Fold the bottom edge up along the bottom edge of the top triangle.

View it from the left side, and mountain fold the right layer as you did in step 14. Ensuring the two layers are flush, then lay it flat.

Fold the top left and right corners of the top rectangle diagonally a little, crease them well then unfold.
Step 18
Open the top right corner of the rectangle, fold the right edge to the left along the black dotted line, then flatten it along the crease you made in the previous step, creating a small triangle.
Step 19
Similarly, open the top left corner, fold the left edge to the right along the black dotted line, then flatten it along the existing crease, creating a small triangle.
Step 20
Flip the paper over.
Step 21
Repeat steps 17 to 19.
Step 22
View it from the left side, bring up these two layers and bend them.
Step 23
Tuck one end into the opening at the other end, if necessary, fold the tucked end to be more narrow.
