Material
Prepare a piece of dollar bill to create a lovely origami shirt.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Fold the bill in half vertically, leave a crease, and unfold it.

Step 2
Fold the left and right edges to align with the horizontal crease, leaving two creases, and unfold them.

Step 3
Fold the top left and right corners along the dotted lines.

Step 4
Fold down the top triangle, and unfold it.

Step 5
Flip the bill over from left to right.

Step 6
Create two mountain creases, as shown by the red dotted lines connecting two red spots, and then turn the bill over from left to right.

Step 7
Fold the right edge to the left side along the creases of the right one you made in the previous step, then fold this edge back to the right side along the center vertical crease of the top triangle.

Step 8
Repeat this for the left side.
Fold the left edge to the right side along the creases of the left one you made in step 6, then fold this edge back to the left side along the center vertical crease of the top triangle.

Step 9
Fold down the top part along the black dotted line extending horizontally from the red spot on the center vertical crease, and flatten the fold.

Step 10
Fold the left and right edges to align with the center vertical crease.

Step 11
Fold up the bottom edge a little and turn over the bill from left to right.

Step 12
Fold the bottom left and right corners along the black dotted lines, then turn the bill over from left to right.

Step 13
Fold the bottom edge along the black dotted line, leaving a crease, and unfold it. Then, mountain fold this crease.

Step 14
Lift the left and right layers to open the pocket, then create four valley creases indicated by the black dotted lines. Next, fold up the bottom edge again, and flatten the pocket along these valley and mountain creases.

Step 15
Flip the dollar from left to right, then fold the bottom edge up. Repeat this step by folding the bottom edge along the black dotted line.

Step 16
Flip the dollar over from left to right, and finally, place the two collars on the top layer.
