This tutorial will guide you through the simple steps of transforming an ordinary dollar bill into a unique ring. Material
Prepare a dollar bill to create a ring, a slightly newer dollar can make the folding process easier and create a better effect.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the dollar with the numbered side facing up.
Create a mountain crease by folding the top edge backward along the red dotted line.

Step 2
Flip the paper over from front to back, then unfold the bottom edge.

Step 3
Fold the top edge to align with the horizontal crease at the bottom side, then fold up the bottom edge.

Step 4
Fold the bottom edge to align with the top edge.

Step 5
Firstly, fold the small left rectangle backward, which means fold the left edge backward along the red dotted line [picture 1] Then, make another mountain crease right there at the right side of the “1”, by pressing down the right part of the dollar [picture 2 and 3]

Step 6
Fold the right section to the left side, now, the “1” is on the right side.

Step 7
You can use a cylindrical object for assistance. Place the bead behind the “1” and bend the left part to the right.

Step 8
Fold up the right part of the bill, making the left edge of the folded portion exactly between the โOโ and the โF.โ[picture 1] Then, curve the bill to place the “1” part on the folded corner of the right part [pictures 2 to 4].

Step 9
Open the “1” square to the right side, then fold down the top part.

Step 10
Fold back the “1” square back, and tuck its little left flap under the flayer you just folded down.

Step 11
Rotate the ring 90 degrees from back to front, then fold down the top protruding part and through the center of the ring.

Step 12
Flip the ring from back to front.

Step 13
Fold down the little lid and tuck it under the โ1โ square. This is a bit tricky, your fingernail or a pencil may help you complete this.
